This Fil Au Chinois cotton sewing thread is also an excellent lace-making thread. It is made of 3 strands of twisted mercerized cotton presented in cocoons. Each cocoon has 110 m of thread and weighs about 5 g. The thread is pulled from the center of the cocoon, so it doesn't knot. Each cocoon features a vintage Sajou label.
